I submitted an article to Backyard Poultry magazine on a tub plucker we made out of a washing mashine. The article, parts break down, and plans should be in a future issue. The machine works surprisingly well, 25 seconds and all feathers are washed off.

My $20.00 homade chicken plucker. electric motor , shaft , pulleys recycled from old swamp cooler, barrel lumber and1/4" air hose had at the ranch had to buy nuts bolts and drive belt. Its not perfect but it worksfor me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
