In 1974 Adrian Wagner released his first album, entitled Distances Between Us. Robert Calvert wrote, and sang on, 3 songs for this project: Messengers of Morpheus, Steppenwolf (which would re-appear 2 years later on Hawkwind's Astounding Sounds...) and this track, Stranger in a Strange Land.
